Third ever Ferrari 250 LWB Spider headlines 2026 Rétromobile auction

The third Ferrari 250 Long Wheelbase Spider built will headline Gooding Christie’s sale at the 2026 Rétromobile Paris.

One of only 23 made originally with covered headlights, the car is chassis number 0923 GT and is also on display at the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court on 5-7 September.

Gooding Christie’s is the official auction partner of Rétromobile Paris and the company’s President David Gooding said: ‘Gooding Christie’s has established itself as the leading auction house in particular regards to selling the greatest examples of the iconic Ferrari California Spider, as evidenced by the new record achieved only a few weeks prior with the $25+ million Competizione example at Pebble Beach
