FU3L is a new sustainable fuel brand that aims to change the way biofuel is bought and supplied.
The FU3L formula is compatible with classic car engines and the company is aiming to offer a much wider distribution network than existing sustainable fuels to make it easier for classic vehicle owner to buy and use.
Launched after the acquisition of P1 Fuel by the Sisemen Group, FU3L is a UK-owned company with offices here and an R&D centre in Germany. The business has experience in the World Rally Championship, FIA World Karting Championships, and Formula Regional Oceania Championship.
Chris Chance, Group CEO: ‘We are excited about the acquisition and launch of a new brand in the world of sustainable fuel. FU3L is the spiritual successor to the well-known products previously marketed as P1 and it means that FU3L will maintain the leading formulations.
‘In the product line-up, we have an EN228 fuel and a fuel that complies with the Japanese Industrial standard which can be used to power petrol cars on our roads today.
‘For motorsport, we already have a fuel that has been supplied under the FIA Appendix J for motorsport applications that has been used in championships around the world. Having an established product line-up means we are more than ready today.’
