A new auction concept is being launched by Broad Arrow with its Global Icons sale in January 2026.
With lots headed by a 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S, the online auction is in three parts and spread over multiple locations in Europe and the UK.
There will be two Global Icons car auctions, as well as a memorabilia sale.
The cars on offer will be considered ‘iconic’ based on their historical significance, contribution to pop or collector car culture, or importance to their respective marque.
Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region, said: ‘Global Icons introduces an exciting new auction format to our clients.
‘The expansion of our footprint across the UK and Europe over the last two years allows us to present an online collector car auction experience to consignors and bidders, one that will both attract a very wide network of collectors and offer the unique opportunity to preview and inspect many of the cars on offer alongside a Broad Arrow car specialist at multiple convenient hub locations across Europe and the UK.’
The Lamborghini Miura P400 S is one of 338 built and was delivered new to Tenerife with air conditioning and ventilate front disc brakes. It has been restored in its original Giallo Miura yellow with Nero leather interior, while the engine has been upgraded to SV specification with split-sump lubrication.
Pre-sale estimate for the Lamborghini is €1.6-€1.8 million (£1.4-£1.6 million).
