Drive It Day will take place on Sunday 26 April and will celebrate the event’s 21st running.
Conceived to remember the One Thousand Mile Trial that took place in 1900, Drive It Day organised by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Club (FHBVC) also incorporates Ride It Day for motorcycles.
The FHBVC will be selling commemorative rally plaques to raise money for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and its Childline service. Over the past five years, Drive It Day has raised more than £250,000 for charity.
