A collection of six Mercedes-Benz cars is set to be auctioned at RM Sotheby’s Paris sale on Wednesday 28 January.
All of the cars come from a single owner garage known as The Silver Star Collection and it includes both a 300SL Gullwing and Roadster.
Also included in the six cars being sold as part of this collection are a 1969 280SL, Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR Roadster, and 2013 SLS AMG Coupé and Roadster models.
The star of the collection is the 1954 300SL Gullwing that has a pre-sale estimate of €1.25-€1.75 million (£1.1-£1.54 million). Originally a US car finished in White Grey with a green-beige interior, it was restored in 2016 with silver paint and a red interior.
