Millyard Viper V10 bike for sale

The renowned Dodge Viper V10-powered motorcycle created by Allen Millyard is coming to auction on Wednesday 22 July at the National Motorcycle Museum.

Direct from the well-known engineer’s own collection, the 500bhp machine has a pre-sale estimate of £100,000-£150,000.

The bike has been ridden at 207mph, is fully road legal and has covered 9000 miles since it was completed in 2009.

It subsequently set a new world record for the Fastest Tandem Motorcycle World Record with Millyard and television presenter Henry Cole on board. They reached 183.5mph.

The 8.0-litre bike has front forks made from JCB hydraulic rams, Vauxhall Carlton damper and custom Hagon springs. At the rear, there are twin Yamaha R1 shock absorbers.
