Bristol Cars has been revived and is returning with its V10-powered, gullwing door Fighter coupé.
Owner and Director of Bristol Cars Paul King is using a stock of unused Fighter chassis to complete five cars, which will be powered by an 8.0-litre V10 engine with 525bhp, or the option to upgrade to 600bhp.
The first car has been completed in black with a tan leather interior, while the four remaining cars will be finished to customer specifications in left- or right-hand drive.
Prices for the Fighter have yet to be confirmed, and the company says the cars ‘reconnect the marque with its past, providing a natural bridge between what Bristol was and what it intends to become.’
Paul King said: ‘Bringing Bristol Cars back is about far more than reviving a name; it is about bringing back the spirit of a marque that has always stood apart.
‘Bristol has a remarkable story, from its roots in aviation and engineering to the extraordinary and exclusive cars it crafted. We want to honour that heritage while giving Bristol a future that is every bit as distinctive.
