A one-off reworking of the Mercedes-Benz 230 GE by Arcade Cars has showcased the British firm’s work at Monterey Car Week.
The London-based company restored the 230 GE and finished it in Pacific Blue with a Palamino leather interior.
To further distinguish the 230 GE from the herd, Arcade Cars’ version comes with a front winch, gun racks, side steps, brush guard, and additional lights.
Arcade co-founder Rishav Kanoria said: ‘The look of the legacy G-Wagen resonates with so many people. We’ve been able to preserve that iconic presence and legendary reliability while adding the luxury touches and amenities modern drivers want. We’re also able to personalize each vehicle to the owner’s unique interests and style, as represented perfectly with this year’s show vehicle.’
The company started in 2023 and specialises in the G Wagen, and its cars are fully restored before any bespoke work is added.
