Historics Auctioneers has opened a new £5 million headquarters in Ascot, Berkshire as a showcase for the business.
The purpose-built building is set on a 1.5-acre site in Ascot and offers a 200-sq-metre showroom and gallery.
While the building underlines Historics commitment to the classic car world, the firm also intends for the new facility to help it expand into collectibles beyond the automotive sphere.
Company CEO Mark Perkins said: ‘Historics has been one of the most consistently successful players in the classic car auction market since our first sale at Brooklands in 2010. We are immensely proud of our sustained year-on-year growth plus our ability to not only self-fund the business since day one but also finance this major step up in infrastructure.
‘It’s more than a statement about our stature today as it triggers interesting commercial developments in our auction portfolio to come.’
The privately owned, family-funded Historics business had a turnover of more than £16 million in 2025.
