A 2004 Land Rover Discovery 2 formerly owned by DJ and television presenter Chris Evans is coming to sale with Iconic Auctioneers on Saturday 16 May at its Supercar Fest auction.
Estimated at £15,000-£18,000, the Discovery earns that pre-sale value partly due to its celebrity associations but also because of its exceptional condition.
As the Discovery 2 emerges as a modern classic, this 2004 ES Premium model comes in the desirable combination of Epsom Green Metallic with a Lightstone cream leather interior.
The car comes with 62,743 miles on the clock plus its book pack and service record.
As a range-topping model, it features satellite navigation, a Harmon Kardon premium audio system, heated seats and wood trim.
The car uses the TD5 2.5-litre five-cylinder turbodiesel engine with a four-speed automatic gearbox, and this car was used by Evans as his family car.
